[talk-au] Geoscience Australia 1:250K data

I would be hesitant to use much of this data, especially roads because of that error. I think you will find that that error is the average error. I have seen it out by 200m and it is also pretty old so has no recent deviations or realignments. It is also plain wrong in places. It would be a shame to load up this data next to our <10m gpx tracks.

What it would be very useful for is a source of the difficult parts of the state borders, and National Park borders.
