[talk-au] Geoscience Australia 1:250K data

I have to agree with Peter and Cameron.  I can't see why some sort of 
script can't be written to merge the data.  If one of the admins of OSM 
was to do it, it could make the job a lot easier.  I think that is 
something for if and when the data is made available.
