[talk-au] Coastline cleanup

I've been using the Coastline error viewer to go around the existing
Australian coast and clean up what errors it found.  There's more to
import, but I'll look at that later.

In the SW corner of WA, there is a section (from about Lat -34.78 Long
115.97 to Lat -35.03 Long 117) where there seems to be duplicated
coastline, one sourced PGS and the other with no source tag.  Is
anybody working in this area?  I don't want to interfere if somebody
is part way though doing something here.
