[talk-au] Introducing myself

It seems that most people here have already introduced themselves, so here I
go.

My name is Lachlan, and I edit OSM under the username Latch.  I live in the
inner North of Canberra, and have been contributing to OpenStreetMap since
about May this year.  I am an avid GNU/Linux user, and see a similar
philosophy of information freedom in the OSM project.

I am a PhD student at the Australian National University, and cycling
various routes to and from Uni has enabled me to contribute most of the ANU
coverage that exists in OSM.  This remains one of my ongoing projects, along
with the Canberra cycleways in general.

I collect traces using a Garmin Geko handheld GPS, and perform my editing
with JOSM.
