[talk-au] NSW duplicate towns

I am slowly re-rendering the lowzoom view (Z8 to Z11) of NSW using the new tiles at home method. This is showing up a few duplicate town names that I missed. I am fixing these as I go, so don't worry about them, they will dissappear soon.
