[talk-au] How are we going to do trams?

I can remember some discussion on osm-talk on trams, which sounded a
good analogue to Melbourne, with trams running along city streets, but
then at some points running separately, or in a median strip.  I don't
know if it was Karlsruhe, and I don't remember the outcome.  It would
have been about 6 months ago I think.  I will try to search for it.
