[talk-au] Victorian Group? - Any links?

Hello all,
I'm new to OpenStreetMaps and just started adding some data to my own  
area of Victoria and was wondering if there is an established group of  
editors for Victoria. Any links to guide lines in regards to tagging  
etc would also be appreciated. I'm trying to find out what standards I  
should be using really. I've got the "Australian Roads Tagging" page  
of Wiki already, is that the only Australian guide?
