[talk-au] Can a way/road have multiple names?

You can use old_name or loc_name (see
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Map_Features#Naming ) but I'm not
sure if they would do exactly what you want.  If the Hyland Hwy is more than
the road in question maybe you could use loc_name for this section with the
other name, but I'm not sure if that is the intended use or not.

I don't know how these show up in mapping.
