[talk-au] Beginner advice [was Re: Geelong problems]

Sorry for top-posting I'm getting my head around outlook and it sucks. 

So I've read the beginner page of the wiki, use JOSM, upload GPS traces, but
I can't get my head around how best to help. Given I'll have some time over
summer any suggestions on what to do next?

Are you in my head? I weas just thinking that exact same thing, and was 
half way through writing and email to match...

He/she has done a look of work gather traces - they've uploaded heaps. I 
think an email is in order.
