Hmmm. Those maps *should* be updating nightly automatically (except
Tuesday and Thursday mornings). I might have dodgyness in my scripts
somewhere, but they are showing the correct creation date. It should be
noted that the source data is taken from www.informationfreeway.org, not
from the osm site directly, cos I can't rip a large enough chunk down in
one hit from the OSM server. I'll have a crack at changing the data
source to be the nightly change set instead and see if that improves things.

Regarding the zoom levels, it may be variations between the etrz and the
60CSx that I'm testing on, or I could have cocked up the mkgmap features
setup.

If you want to have a go generating the mkgmaps, all I did was modify
the polyline|highway|xxx|nn rows to make the nn be 20 if nn was higher
than 20.

eg:

polyline|highway|residential|0x06||20
polyline|highway|secondary|0x05||20
polyline|highway|service|0x07||20
polyline|highway|steps|0x16||20
polyline|highway|tertiary|0x06||20

The eTrex might have a different level set, so using 18 instead of 20
might fix it. A little experimentation required :-)
