[talk-au] Wiki work

I ran out of tracks I'd made and the server was slow and wouldn't upload two 
rivers I'd drawn in, so I started on the wiki.
I'm no wiki editing expert, so I expect someone to come along and reorder the 
information sensibly in the future.
I'm working through the mailing list archives and doing a lot of cut and paste 
to put in the collected wisdom. I've nearly finished September now.
