>From the discussion on the main talk list it's an allowed use of OSMF's trademark, if we were doing it for commercial reasons then that would probably be disallowed. I have no idea about modifications of it, you would probably be best seeking permission although as long as it's not detrimental or what not it should be ok imho, but if in doubt email the main talk list with the request.
