all of which were hopelessly negative

making a public record of someone else's mistake is the strangest form of 
copyright infringement yet known.
we should talk with the RIAA

as we didn't want this to be any sort of tag which would be rendered they had 
queer sorts of answers  - for example thinking we would tag the 'service road' 
to someone's carport
