[talk-au] Post Code Boundaries

I got sick of trying to add postcode boundaries that have already been
done so I coded up this page:

http://map-data.bigtincan.com/postcodes.php

It also tells you if someone has flagged the relation as reviewed.

Franc uploaded 2,507 boundaries, less than 1,000 are in OSM partially
or otherwise.

Also Franc wanted to know the unnamed highways within a certain
bounding box and I coded this page up when OSM was having downtime.

http://map-data.bigtincan.com/noname-highways.php?left=150&right=151&top=-26&bottom=-27

Just change the bounding box info for what ever the area you are
interested in and it will return the first 100 unnamed highways.
