[talk-au] Is anyone available to organise a mapping party for FOSS4G in Sydney in October?

I've been invited to put on a mapping party, however it's unlikely
that I'd be able to make it, so is there someone else available in
Sydney to do this?

It seems like it would be a very good event to attend if someone could
for networking purposes the event is even supported to some extent by
the NSW government and a few other government agencies.

The Aust-NZ OSGeo chapter had an interesting submission to host the
2009 event, specifically the letters of recommendation section:
