This is where custom rendering comes in, you may be able to more
easily get it to show using CloudMade's rendering editor, but mapnik
isn't setup to render these, if you are doing a lot of these I could
setup a custom style sheet on maps.bigtincan.com which would show
these routes, depends how much time and effort you want to put into
setting up custom tiles etc.
