There is also Vic police locations as part of the
data.australia.gov.au release, it's under cc-by:

Even has lat/lon, but isn't listed under the geography section...
Makes me wonder if there are other similar datasets that aren't listed
under geography but have lat/lon details...

It was pretty trivial to convert the csv into osm, I'm not in Vic and
have spent relatively little time there so I'm going to leave the
import up to someone else:
