[talk-au] Tagging fuel locations

According to http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:atm you should add
an individual node for an ATM, rather than tag it onto an existing node
(ie. bank, servo or chemist).

Also, http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dfuel describes
details for labelling different fuel types.  This was (I believe) what
the BP data was referenced when importing the BP data.
