Assuming you have accurate information for the location, in the case
of most/all servos the ATM is inside the store and would be difficult
to get an accurate location for it, so imho it makes more sense to
combine it with the servo location.

As best as I can tell I used the fuel:*=* tags to correctly convert
from the BP csv file to osm file.
