[talk-au] Adelaide out of copyright street directory

Bloody hell! Now we can't even use an edition 1 Melway until 2036 now : 
(. I could shoot off a email to Melway asking if we could use any of  
their ancient maps for OpenStreetMap purposes. But I doubt it.
