[talk-au] paperless OSM mapping

If anyone has an Android based device, which I'm guessing wouldn't be many especially in Australia at present, I have a mostly working app that displays a OSM or Google Map and then your movements are plotted over the top so you can see where you've been. I also added voice recording and the ability to enter details about POIs etc.

The only thing I'd like to be able to do is plot tracks on the map instead of GPS points, apart from that it works pretty well for the most part for what I need it for, which is plotting streets in streetless towns in rural Australia.
