Yep, read up on all that, but I'm trying to figure out the exact longitude it was set at by the privy council ruling.

All the state borders that are set to exact lat/longs are all screwy and I'm trying to fix it to be as accuracte as humanly possible.

Well the borders are probably all screwy for numerous reasons, but the ones with fixed lat/long are the most obviously wrong.
