I noticed a bunch of maritime boundaries at 12nm, however most countries have made a "land" grab and extended their maritime borders to 200nm.
I suppose this is more of a general question since it would effect almost all non-landlocked countries.
Are the 12nm boundaries even relevant/valid any more?
