Does anyone know if JOSM has any localisation features, as opposed to
internationalisation abilities? Hopefully Aussie nomenclature can be put into a
localisation file, so we don't have to be confused by UK speak (though we don't
have it as bad as US and other countries - given our heritage).

BTW, I used to add the operator=* key to postboxes, but then saw the note on Map
Features to only add it if it is an alternate operator (DHL etc.), so by default
it is the normal operator in the region (I presume). So I then removed all the
operator tags I had added. I took that advice to apply to public phones as well
(we do have some alternative operators here, but it's pretty rare).
