It's 50/50 sometimes PGS is more accurate sometimes the ABS is more
accurate, sometimes PGS is widely inaccurate, this is based on areas
with hi-res sat imagery.

Also in technical terms coast line doesn't include rivers or the mouth
of them so ABS is technically correct. Where the ABS data looks to be
more accurate but lacks the river mouth I usually split the way across
any river mouths and join the PGS data to the ABS data.
