While this is obviously not ideal, it is imho better than not marking
a roundabout at all, at least if they are marked incorrectly you can
see them at a glance and fix them up.

Although I don't see any reason for people making turning circles
incorrectly, and I've fixed a lot of these up also since I started
mapping.
