Alternatively you can spin that as a positive because now you have the
ability to focus work on areas with the most need, importing bad data
isn't nessicarily a bad thing, OSM can be thought of a refinement
process of going from bad or no data, to good or data that has been
traced from correctly positioned aerial imagery, and then you have
everything in between.

Obviously the better the starting point you have, the more you can
skip some of the refinement steps.
