http://osmdoc.com/en/tag/building/#values shows lots of esoteric
values. I don't know what people expect "building=university" to mean
or do.

Looks like a few ways "commercial" is being tagged:
building=commercial, building:use=commercial,
landuse=commercial...ugly.
