Another person made the suggestion of using:

fixme:sign:no=YYYY-MM-DD
fixme:sign:broken=YYYY-MM-DD

I'm not sure this is entirely the right place to put things that
council either hasn't named, the sign has been removed or vandelised,
although I can see the value in putting in the last date of
inspection, but if the sign is broken or missing surely you should
just ask the council about it?
