[talk-au] more broken boundaries

Hi.

For cycle routes I sometimes use some of the relation checker tools to see
if there are any gaps. I know there are a lot of boundary relations, but
perhaps something like this might be helpful.

e.g. Make a wiki page with the suburb boundaries for an area with a link to
one of the boundary checkers.

It won't stop it getting broken, but it will help to find ones that are
broken, and where.
