I'm not talking accidents in general, but accidents with admin
boundaries, specifically the relations, if these weren't
visible/editable by default this would prevent most accidents imho,
since to do anything with them you would manually need to do something
to view/edit them. Not just hit the delete button, or in some cases
editor bugs come into play.

This we can do, but I still feel editors should hide or mark admin
boundaries read only by default.
