The gatewy motorway itself is M1/M2.  Im unable to find the way you
mention, however Lytton Road ls labelled as number 24 and Port of
Brisbane Motorway is 42.  The only thing I can think of, is that the way
might have been added before nearmap imagery existed, and someone was
unable to separate the two raods accurately, hence the way got the ref
numbers of both roads.. maybe.
