 As Grant says, "It smells." but since payment is by Pay-Bloody-Pal the risk 
is minimal.  If nothing turns up within 3 weeks, then just raise a 
non-receipt dispute and get your money back. Don't leave it much more than 3 
weeks though.  For < AU$60, I'm very tempted to try for a spare Vista Hcx.
