[talk-au] Fwd: [OpenStreetMap] Lights

I can't comment in the Nelson Bay area, but if he is referring to the
ones added by user listoflights, I've noticed them pop up in other
areas too, some of which already have some seamarks tagged.

The problem is I'm not sure if some of the ones uploaded are
duplicates of those already there.
