[talk-au] Intersections

Thanks, i've found a bunch more and marked them on OpenStreetBugs.
Haven't had a chance to fix them myself yet.

Hotspots include: out the back of Highpoint Shopping Centre, Kew Junction
(you should see the fun they had there) and Punt Road under Richmond
station.
