[talk-au] Misalignment of island

This is a question relating to Fiji, but given there isn't a talk-fj list and I'm based in Australia I thought I'd ask here.

I was recently on Mana Island and noticed the OSM map in my Garmin was out to the NNE by about 100 metres. I recorded a number of tracks and when I returned noticed they were consistently different to the paths previously mapped, but they did match the Bing imagery. I moved the trails and reefs that were mapped on OSM (and added more detail), but it appears there is another layer (outline of the island) that is still out of whack.

Is there something I am missing or does this require extra privileges to change?
