[talk-au] Tagging for Pipeline Reserves

There's no real issue with heading out on your own with this type of tag.

What you are doing is describing the type of park.

So in this case the park is a pipeline reserve so therefore 
park=pipeline_reserve would be acceptable.

People still regard it as a park which is the major tag.
