Looking at Node: Windmill Hill (3002570699) it is currently sourced from

Geoscience Australia GEODATA TOPO 250K Series 3


The LPI topo map has the hill some 100 meters to the south and supports 
itself with the topo lines shown.


So which is more accurate?

I'd go for the LPI data myself. 250k is a bit coarse.
