Hi,
The source is on Github (search for mapoulette3 for the frontend / react code and maproulette2 for the backend / scala codebase) but you don't need to dig into that to simply create a challenge. You can log onto MapRoulette using your OSM account, and create a challenge using an Overpass query. If you don't know any Overpass, I'm more than happy to set a Challenge of your preference up for you, or show you how to do it.
