[talk-au] LPI address import - not checking for parks.

It looks like the LPI address import does not check for parks ..


For example Node: 5885765340    "addr:housenumber"="152-154X" 
"addr:street"="Kurrajong Street"


This is inside a National Park. There has never been a residence there. 
Placing an address there is misleading... at least to me.
