[talk-au] use of addr:unit

Hi Sebastian,
My current approach is to keep the node which refers to the general
address (e.g. addr:housenumber=115),
and to put the other nodes (e.g. 1/115, 2/115, 3/115, 4/115) into a
'FOR-MANUAL-REVIEW' file.
My theory is that if someone is motivated to map them properly, they can
then do the full 3D indoor mapping!
