https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=15/-33.7490/151.1577, the Pacific Hwy,
Mona Vale Road, Ryde Road, motorways, they would be one class under (ie.
trunk). They function very differently to proper motorways like the Pacific
Motorway, M2, M4, M5, M7. So I don't think solely dual carriageway and more
than two lanes is a good decider.
