Hey Nemanja,

Thanks for the background and your process, but that's not the issue here.
The two other commentators here and myself included thing at least for some
of these cases the tunnel name is considered as the road name on the
ground. So in these cases the name= tag should remain. You can still add
tunnel:name=, but it should also appear in name= since that is the local
name that people use to refer to the road segment.

With that in mind and without hearing any counterpoints (I'm all ears),
I'll re-instate these name tags.
