I would add reference code to the bridge outline

using ref tag https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:ref
So it would be ref=BID7 if I understand right.
I already added name to the bridge outline, which
is the best place to record it.

- it is now getting displayed (you may need to refresh cache)
I have no idea whether Nominatim supports search for
codes in ref tag.
