Sorry Anthony, I agree that that would make sense, but just because it's a
Govt Dept, doesn't automatically mean that they will allow us to use their
data :-(

If it's not listed in the Oz Data Catalogue
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Australian_data_catalogue, then you
would need to contact them & get their OK, together with a waiver, before
using any of their info.
