Looking at the (non-English!) Weekly News earlier & found reference to this:

If you (like me!) have ever said I can't be bothered entering the opening
hours as they're too complex, this is for you!

Just tried it & converted:
Sun 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Mon 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tue 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wed 6:00
AM - 5:00 PM Thu 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Fri 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sat 6:00 AM - 2:00
PM
into:

Mo-We 06:00-17:00; Th 06:00-18:00; Fr 06:00-17:00; Sa 06:00-14:00; Su
06:00-12:00
with a couple of simple copy / pastes!

I've found a new toy! :-)
