[talk-au] First Nations flags?

There is a claim of copyright ob the Aboriginal flag.. (foolish if you 
ask me)...

Oh and also the Torres Strait Islander one too... (sigh)


Both are listed as copyright on wikipedia.

So those are out for OSM?
