Hi Nemanja, thanks for your ongoing messages. I support the suggestions made by cleary and others but request that a fix me tag be added in obviously problematic cases. Thus, to answer all of your questions in full, I support the following actions:
Leave all ways added by your team in OSM (do not delete them), but re-tag them all as described below.
Change the classification to the most appropriate tags for all ways (i.e. from unclassified / residential to service / driveway as required).
Add access = private to all roads that do not have a name in the SA gov dataset.
Add a fixme tag to all roads where access is questionable (e.g. in some of the examples you have provided), that states, “Private access assumed from aerial imagery and absence of a name in SA gov data, ground checking is required” or similar.
I haven’t added any new recommendations to this list, and all of these actions have been suggested earlier. I’ve just put them all in one concise list as you have requested. A fixme tag is important to help local mappers in the future to assess the weight of evidence behind potentially problematic access tags.
