I've added a section Where should addresses exist at https://gitlab.com/alantgeo/vicmap2osm#where-should-addresses-exist.

Keen to hear feedback about these options, but so far I was planning on simply importing as new nodes, and not trying to attach to existing buildings or other objects. Any opinions with this approach?
