[talk-au] M11 naming

Thanks for the research Dian,
   I was hoping that it would be named "TISM Mordialloc Freeway" however
sadly alas.

This is Serious Mum (TISM) sang about the construction of the road in their
1988 song ‘Mordialloc Road Duplicator’, which appeared on their album Great
Truckin’ Songs of the Renaissance and David Limbrick, MP, introduced a bill
to the Victorian State Parliament to rename the Mordialloc Freeway to the
TISM Mordialloc Freeway.
